Decline or cancel reservations based on other factors excluding race, colour, ethnicity, religion, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender, military service, disability, gender identity, or marital/parental status, except as noted above. For instance, a host can decline a guest who indicates a desire to tow a boat or film a commercial with the vehicle.

Tekkova hosts aren’t required to comply with the above policies if they breach local laws.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A MEMBER OF THE TEKKOVA COMMUNITY DOESN’T COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES?

Tekkova will review reports of discrimination on a case by case basis, and impose consequences on community members who violate our non-discrimination policies, which may or may not include removal from the Tekkova marketplace.

As the Tekkova community grows, we will continue to make sure that our policies continue to make everyone feel welcome and respected in all of their interactions with Tekkova community members.

HOW TO REPORT DISCRIMINATION TO TEKKOVA

Tekkova handles any reports of discrimination with utmost seriousness.

We will investigate reports of discrimination on a case by case basis and we may follow up with you for any additional documentation. If we discover that a community member has violated our non-discrimination policy, we will exact consequences which may or may not involve removal from the Tekkova marketplace.
